UCI Nissan Worldcup Rnd 4, Shladming

Shladming Austria one of the hardest and most technical tracks in the world, a very steep track offering a natural challenge, criss-crossed with roots and tree stumps. Played host to the fourth round of the UCI Worldcup series. After strong practice runs Junior riders Joe Smith and Jack Geoghegan (fresh from third place on the podium at the German IXS race the weekend before at Leogang) just missed out on qualifying for the finals. Matt Simmonds qualified comfortably within the top 80 and went on to take 36th overall.
